Superheaven, formerly known as Daylight, emerged from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and quickly gained attention for their 1990s-inspired sound. Ours Is Chrome was released through SideOneDummy Records, following their debut album Jar (2013). The band’s decision to change their name reflected a desire for a fresh start, and this album captures them at a creative crossroads, refining their identity and sound.
